If your tracking number does not work, it is either typed incorrectly or your tracking info has not yet been updated on the carrier's network - try it again several hours later. If tracking a UPS order make sure their little box on the lower left is checked or their link will not work. Orders usually ship out from the factory in 3 to 5 business days from the time that you placed your order with us and tracking numbers are available to the customer by request only after this time - just send us an email with your full name the order was placed under and ask for it. Typical total delivery time is 10 days to 2 weeks from the time you place your order with us until the item(s) arrives at your door.
